Dispersant and Coating

Used in applications such as dispersant stabilization for many kinds of pigments in paper manufacturing and paints, chute drilling in civil engineering, as well as for chelate dispersion and coagulation prevention in textiles and sanitary applications. We have grades suitable for diverse conditions like the type and size of the pigment.

Scale Inhibitor

This product controls the occurrence of all types of scale deposits in the circulating water system of heat exchangers, such as cooling towers, boilers, steamers, and other types.

Thickener and Gelling Agent

Imparts viscosity to various solutions, allows rheological adjustments, and maintains water-holding capacity to improve fluidity.

Solvent-free (ARUFON®)

ARUFON® is a general name for our acrylic polymer products obtained through Uniform Functional Oligomer (UFO) technologies, which are being developed by Toagosei. UFO technology is used to manufacture low molecular weight polymers with 100% efficiency by continuous polymerization of composite materials at high temperatures, especially acrylic monomers.

UV-curable (ARONIX® and ARON OXETANE®)

We are continuing to carefully balance industrial development and environmental conservation at a high level. We have established technologies that make our products completely toluene free and we ensure our manufacturing is in harmony with people and the environment.

Binder

Can be used as an excipient, adhesive, or binder in the processing of all types of pigments, ceramics, non-woven fabrics, textiles, leather, paper, inks, metals, etc. We offer a broad range of different grades, with characteristics such as strength, hardness, and texture.

Pressure Sensitive Adhesive

Pressure sensitive adhesives are used in Kraft tapes and many other sorts of tapes, seals, labels, and stickers. We have grades suitable for various usage conditions including emulsions and solvents, self-crosslinking and two liquid crosslinking types with characteristics like weather resistance, transparency, and heat aging resistance.

Macromonomers and Graft Polymer

Toagosei's original macromonomers compounding technologies and graft polymerization technologies produce a variety of characteristics in our graft polymers. SYMAC is used as a coating agent that has the characteristics of both silicone and acrylic, and RESEDA® is used as a compatibility accelerator for its superior compatibility and adhesion.
