Acrylic Adhesive Inorganic

Used in applications such as dispersant stabilization for many kinds of pigments in paper manufacturing and paints, chute drilling in civil engineering, as well as for chelate dispersion and coagulation prevention in textiles and sanitary applications. We have grades suitable for diverse conditions like the type and size of the pigment.

Scale Inhibitor

This product controls the occurrence of all types of scale deposits in the circulating water system of heat exchangers, such as cooling towers, boilers, steamers, and other types.

Thickener and Gelling Agent

Imparts viscosity to various solutions, allows rheological adjustments, and maintains water-holding capacity to improve fluidity.

Solvent-free (ARUFON®)

ARUFON® is a general name for our acrylic polymer products obtained through Uniform Functional Oligomer (UFO) technologies, which are being developed by Toagosei. UFO technology is used to manufacture low molecular weight polymers with 100% efficiency by continuous polymerization of composite materials at high temperatures, especially acrylic monomers.

UV-curable (ARONIX® and ARON OXETANE®)

We are continuing to carefully balance industrial development and environmental conservation at a high level. We have established technologies that make our products completely toluene free and we ensure our manufacturing is in harmony with people and the environment.

Binder

Can be used as an excipient, adhesive, or binder in the processing of all types of pigments, ceramics, non-woven fabrics, textiles, leather, paper, inks, metals, etc. We offer a broad range of different grades, with characteristics such as strength, hardness, and texture.

Pressure Sensitive Adhesive

Pressure sensitive adhesives are used in Kraft tapes and many other sorts of tapes, seals, labels, and stickers. We have grades suitable for various usage conditions including emulsions and solvents, self-crosslinking and two liquid crosslinking types with characteristics like weather resistance, transparency, and heat aging resistance.

Macromonomers and Graft Polymer

Toagosei's original macromonomers compounding technologies and graft polymerization technologies produce a variety of characteristics in our graft polymers. SYMAC is used as a coating agent that has the characteristics of both silicone and acrylic, and RESEDA® is used as a compatibility accelerator for its superior compatibility and adhesion.

Instant Glue (ARON ALPHA®)

Aron Alpha® is an instant glue with alpha cyanoacrylate as the main ingredient. It can cure in a matter of seconds after the liquid form of cyanoacrylate reacts with the air or water content on the surface of the adherend.

Hot Melt

Hot melt adhesives are thermoplastic adhesives that are solid at room temperature, but melt with heat and the liquefied form can be applied to an adherend. A bond is formed by cooling solidification, which shortens the cure time and improves workability.

Reactive

The Aron Mighty® series is composed of highly functional and reactive adhesives. Distinct grades are available including epoxy, urethane, and nylon systems which were developed using Toagosei's proprietary technologies. These adhesives are used in diverse fields such as electronic materials, automobiles, and residential building materials.

Light-curable

ARONIX is a light-curable adhesive available in two types: a UV light-curing adhesive and a visible light-curable adhesive. Each is a one-liquid polymerized highly sensitive adhesive that reacts with the wavelength regions emitted from a light irradiator at room temperature. Because they react with various adhesive structures, our products include anaerobic curing mechanisms that react to UV light and products that harden when exposed to a combination of visible light and UV light.

Heat-resistant

Aron Ceramic is a heat-resistant, inorganic adhesive and filler that uses a one-liquid, heat cured system. Its main ingredients are fire-resistant ceramics such as alumina, and inorganic polymers, which deliver superior heat resistance.

Film

We offer adhesives in film form. They ensure a uniform thickness of the adhesive layer, eliminate the drying process, as well as simplify the production of various composite films through laminate processing.

Powder Coating

Aron Powder® is an eco-friendly powdered paint that does not use organic solvent. Powdered paints are extremely economical because uncoated paints can be collected and reused to reduce waste.

Kneading type Antibacterial (NOVARON® AG and VZ)

NOVARON® for Resin is a glass-based antibacterial agent containing zinc as an antibacterial component. It has excellent discoloration resistance and is highly applicable to transparent resins. It has also been confirmed to be highly safe.

Dissolving type Antibacterial (NOVARON® AQ)

NOVARON® AQ is a silver ion elution type inorganic granular antibacterial agent for water treatment. By immersing in various water tanks or drain water, water spoilage can be suppressed for a long period of time.

Antifungus (CAVINON®)

CAVINON® is an organic/inorganic hybrid anti-mold of which anti-mold component is intercalated in an inorganic layered compound. CAVINON® has features such as heat resistance, water resistance, and sustainability which are difficult to obtain with conventional organic anti-mold agents. It can be used in a variety of applications where durability is required.

Deodorant (KESMON®)

KESMON® is an inorganic deodorant that has excellent adsorption and deodorant effects on various odors and VOCs existing in living environment. Since KESMON® chemically reacts with odor gas chemical, it has excellent immediate effect and can deodorize low-concentration odors that are difficult to deodorize with conventional materials.

Antiallergy (AlleRemove®)

AlleRemove® is an inorganic anti-allergen agent. By coating or mixing to the products, AlleRemove® reduces the activity of allergenic substances that arise from mites, pollen etc.

Ion trapping (IXE® and IXEPLAS®)

IXEPLAS is an even higher-performance version of IXE®, our ion-trapping agent with superior ion-trapping capacity and heat resistance properties. In addition to increasing the reliability of sealing materials, it can also be used for advanced semiconductor packages which have been incompatible until now.

Negative Thermal Expansion Filler

Ultea is a filler with negative thermal expansion made from zirconium phosphate. With negative thermal expansion, it has superior heat resistance and chemical resistance and can effectively control thermal expansion when added to glass, resins, and other materials, which makes it useful for improving heat resistance, preventing cracking, and more.
